Reasons and solutions for slow action of Japanese standard pneumatic flanged ball valves:
1. The air source pressure is insufficient. The solution is to increase the air source pressure and set up an air storage tank on the way to reduce pressure fluctuations.
2. If the flow rate is not enough or there are other devices with large air consumption working at the same time, the solution is to add an air compressor and an air storage tank to reduce pressure fluctuations.
3. The torque of the pneumatic actuator is too small. The solution is to increase the specifications of the pneumatic actuator.
4. The load of the valve is too large, and the valve spool or other valve parts are too tight. The solution is to rework and torque the valve.
5. If the friction of the cylinder changes too much, the solution is to carry out proper lubrication.
